Return Policy
We accept returns under valid conditions to ensure customer satisfaction and protection.
1. Return Window
Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. Condition Requirements
Items must be returned:
- In original packaging
- With accessories and warranty included
- Without physical tampering
3. Return Costs
- If return is due to NEXTGEN MOBILE error → We bear shipping cost
- If due to customer preference/change of mind (only if approved) → Customer bears shipping cost
4. Inspection
All returned items will be inspected before replacement or refund confirmation.
If the product fails inspection due to misuse or missing parts, claims may be rejected.
